You can register a business before any payment is made.
Add one workspace per business
Each registered business starts with its own cleanly separated workspace for contacts, money, and documents.
Use your free first month
A 30 day trial starts the moment you register a business, so you can run the workspace for a full month before paying anything.
Complete manual confirmation
Once the trial ends, paid operational access activates only after manual administrator confirmation, following the payment instructions configured in-app.

Structure first, records second
Everything in a business is scoped to that business, so nothing crosses into another tenant.
Custom tables and records
Build a table for anything you need to track, define typed fields, then search, add, edit, and archive records. Archived records stay searchable without cluttering active views.
People, roles, and units
Invite your team, place people in units or departments, and assign roles. Permission checks run on the server for every module, so hiding a button is never the control.

How payment confirmation works
Use the in-app instructions
Sign in, open billing, and follow the Mobile Money instructions your administrator has configured for this deployment. Payment happens externally.
An administrator verifies manually
After payment, an administrator manually confirms it against the reference you provide. Nothing activates automatically, and there is no checkout to skip this step.
Paid operational access activates
After your free 30 day trial ends, the workspace keeps paid operational access once manual confirmation is complete. From then on each renewal follows the same process.
